Toutia cooks, eats and wonders -

 

Toutia is a food design studio based on creating intimate dining experiences shared collectively. 

Created by Tracy and Théa, two sisters combining creative food installations and scenography of space.

Toutia relates our passion for food, photography and collectible design through sensorial and social interactions. 

Using our background in architecture, design and curation our work aims to evoke senses and memory. 

Through each project we invite the viewer to experience different textures and tastes and engage with the developed theme. 

Our projects range from small scaled sculptured bites, to large banquets. We always use seasonal vegetables with other selected ingredients, the result is a colourful Mediterranean cuisine with Japanese influence.

Drawing inspiration from place and space, and all the things that are important to us - pebbles and shells on the sand, tabbouleh with our grandmother, end of the day light…
